"When I entered the She is Society 6-week course, I didn’t realize how much of my own story was waiting to be uncovered and embraced… One of the most powerful shifts came when I wrote a letter to my past self the final week. In that moment, I finally saw the strength in my journey the mistakes as lessons, the hardships as fire that refined me, and the resilience that has carried me into who I am today."

FAQs

What is She Is Society (SIS)?

She Is Society is a modern women’s collective focused on emotional wellness, personal growth, identity, connection, and intentional living. Through workshops, conversations, educational content, podcast episodes, and community experiences, SIS creates spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and grow alongside one another.

Is SIS therapy or counseling?

No. SIS is not a therapy practice or mental health treatment service. While many conversations may center around emotional wellness, healing, self-awareness, and personal growth, SIS is designed as a community and educational space rather than clinical treatment.

Who is SIS for?

SIS is for women seeking deeper connection, emotional wellness, personal growth, self-awareness, and community. Many women in the SIS community resonate with themes like burnout, perfectionism, overthinking, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the desire to reconnect with themselves beyond survival mode.
